She's 5 already.....

I can't believe that Ashlyn turned 5 already. I have been waiting for her to get old enough to go to school and now that she is 5, I want to slow it down...sort of. :) I am excited for her next steps in year 5. She will love Kindergarten...I know she will. That's a while off though.

On Monday, December 22...her actual birthday...I had aunt Bonnie watch Luke & Chloe while I took Ashlyn to Build-a-Bear. She had so much fun there. Of course, she had plenty of time to seeing as we were there for 3 hours. Tip: don't ever go there 3 days before Christmas.

This is Ashlyn on the pedal that starts the fluff machine that fills her bear.

After the bear is all stitched up, she took it to the "bath" which consisted of shower heads that were actually fans...like hand dryers almost, but without the heat. You can't see it, but she is standing on a pedal that starts the fans and she is brushing the extra fur and fluff off the bear.
