Updates - Far too long!

I don't have any pictures ready yet, but thought I would update since I seem to not be able to sleep.

It's finally spring, I think!!! I had every window in the house open today and it was great! I love it. Now if we can just get school over with the for year we can really enjoy it without the worry of homework and reading and getting to bed on time. I need a break...Luke probably does too. At the beginning of April, our months of April after Easter and all of May seemed to be pretty empty. Not so much anymore. :) Chloe turns 2 next week (what the heck?) and Lincoln and I feel so honored to have been asked to be Graham John's Godparents. He is the brand new little boy of Lincoln's cousin, Corey and his wife, Stacey. they are Chloe's Godparents. His baptism is May 24th. I can't wait! Neither can Lincoln. He thought that he would never get to be anyone's Godparent. :) What an honor!

Luke and Ashlyn will be starting ball in a month and Ashlyn will also be starting soccer. :) I think the summer will be just as busy! :) That is fine though...it'll be summer. Chloe will be twice as fun this summer. We've been watching Sophie for a couple days and Chloe has so much fun. I wish we could get all three little cousins all together more often. Ashlyn's last dance performance is in a couple weeks. Yep, everything is winding down for the season.

Speaking of Chloe - she will definitely be 2 next week. I am scared for some reason to start potty training....she doesn't show any interest and I think that I am scared because of all the issues I had and am still having with Ashlyn. I think that is is a blessing that we decided to be done having children. I love being a mother, but I will never be a really, really good one. :) It will all come in time. I was actually thinking of trying to move her to her big bed, but i think I will wait on that for a bit. Ha! She is talking like crazy and putting words together to try and make sentences. So cute. It's starting to get to the point where she copies EVERYTHING. :) We have to really watch it now. I like to say "What the!" and not finish it and today I said it for some reason and she repeated it and then though it was hilarious. :) Uh-oh.

I am going to try and get pictures posted be the end of this weekend. :) Not promising though.
