Wow...conferences.

10:48 PM

We had conferences at school a few hours ago and I am still getting over the fact that I have a child old enough to bring me to a conference. We have officially entered into a new life 'milestone?' I don't know what to call it. It was weird...seeing all these people we know that have had school-aged children for as long as I have known them and now all of the sudden we get to be among them. Scary. No turning back either. I can't stop the clock and go back in time to when I would sit and rock Luke in my arms before bed. Wow, how easy life was back then with just one child. Funny thing is...I had no idea how easy it was until I had child # 2...and then #3. HA! It was nothing compared to now, but I wouldn't change a thing. Having more than one child makes you move. You don't have a chance to stop and wonder how things 'might-have' gone or wonder how things would be if this was done instead. Nope...no time. Now I take things day-by-day, forget birthdays and anniversaries, usually late to things and behind on every project I want to be on top of...like scrap booking. 10 years ago I never would have guessed this as my life. I thank God every day that it is.

Some pictures for ya!

Sitting up all by herself, 4 1/2 months old. Yeah, she tips, but this is more than the other kids did. I suppose it's because she spends a lot more time on her own than the others did. All that drool and still no teeth.

What a cute baby! this is her in her stroller in the garage this past weekend. It was a little chilly when we were out there cleaning at night and she was sick to begin with. This is also her 5 month picture.

I can't even explain this one. Luke took it. this look really scared the #@$* outta me. It's cute, but there has to be some kind of thoughts behind that smile that we do not want to know about.

As requested by a certain Grandpa (Paul) - Luke on his Gator. He was also helping in the garage this past weekend. Man this thing comes in handy for working outdoors and making him involved too. Love it. Thanks.

This was me testing out my camera timer so that maybe I can be more included on some photos now. :)
